Civil Rights Training is mandatory training for all staff of volunteers at TEFAP Sites who interact with participants. The Food Bank Agency Relations Team offers this training monthly.
Food Bank 101 is not just for leadership at our agency sites; this training can be offered to volunteers and drivers who regularly participate in preparations for your distributions. If you are looking to train another person at your site in the procedures and policies of partnership with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, this training is for you. All positions at your site that would benefit from learning about online ordering, agency shopping, monthly reporting, or food distribution policies are welcome. Please ask all your staff or long-standing volunteers to attend the next virtual Food Bank 101 training!
